'Pear + Pineapple Guava' SEASONAL SHRUB, 8 oz -
Our first no sugar added shrub! Locally sourced pears from Nana Mae's organics macerating in organic apple cider vinegar (also from Nana Mae's), along with pineapple guavas sourced from Preston Farm + Winery. We let this shrub macerate for two months in the fridge with frequent agitation before straining off and combining with a lemon verbena infused vinegar. The result is a tangy addition to your sparkling water with a hint of sweetness from the natural sugars of the fruit. We made this in a super small batch, so get it while you can!
